Counseling maintains a focus on facilitating interpersonal and intrapersonal functioning across the life-span.Our approaches provide opportunity for people to describe their problems and feelings for themselves and then to reach decisions and actions that are based on cognisant choices. PERFECTION IS A FORM OF SUBMISSION.
The Cell pays attention to emotional, social, vocational, educational, physical, environmental factors and Family History. It works thoughtfully among people of all ages to solve diverse issues by improving General well-being, to resolve crises and ease distress and maladjustment. Our psychologist also consults with organizations seeking to enhance their employee’s effectiveness by using specific approaches to various circumstances.
Interventions used by Counseling Psychologists may be either brief or long-term; they are often problem-specific and goal-directed. These activities values individual differences and diversity and a focus on prevention, development, and adjustment across the life-span.
Administration of psychometric test to measure Skills and Knowledge, Abilities, Attitudes, Personality Traits, and Educational Achievements for Adolescents and Decision Making, Leadership Profile Indicator, IQ, Emotional Intelligence Scale and also additional test are conducted to evaluate individuals during admissions to school, colleges, work place and when hiring to sensitive Departments. It also helps in maintaining a profile of the individual for police verification.
We provide Individual and Group Counseling such as (i) Family and Marriage Counseling (ii) Counseling for jail rehabilitation programs,(iii) Students Career Guidance, (iv) Introduction to Social Business, (v) Victims Assistance,(vi) Counsel on Employability(vii) Care for Senior Citizens, and also find solutions for all kinds of disputes. A strict standard of Confidentiality is maintained for ethical reasons.
Emergency consultation is arranged to stop immediate chaos. Individual support in coping with past or current traumatic experiences such as abuse, bereavement or divorce can have an influence on people’s lives. We help them understand the underlying factor behind their failure and re-form enthusiasm and supremacy within themselves.
